So a genuine question....at this precise moment with things as bad as they are:
1. Cleeve cannot refuse to play matches?....or
2. Is choosing not to refuse to play matches??

Or is he waiting for someone else in the NL to make the first move??

Maybe he is hoping to wake up one morning to find the Tooth Fairy has been extra kind or that magic money tree has started to bare fruit ( ).

Get the feeling we will be reactive rather than proactive.

Waiting to hear what the plan is from SC.  He is never slow engaging with the fans when he wants their cash

needs to be a group of teams to get together as league wouldn't take action against a number of teams

Looking at a previous post it looks as though Dover have already made the first move.  :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:
