Clubs in Crisis Article in Daily Mail

Stephen Cleeve mentioned that a reporter from the Daily Mail was at The Walks for the King's Lynn v Weymouth game and an article on the Crisis of playing on would be in Monday's DM. Not much new apart from a possibility of still playing Notts County on Tuesday.

Seems SC would prefer to saddle the club with a massive loan than risk a demotion. Surely better to safe guard the clubs future and take whatever punishment is laid, re-Group and go again.

I would imagine people would have more respect for Stephen Cleeve if he was to do that rather than leave a trail of debt behind him, just to remain at this level.

"Chairman and owner Stephen Cleeve held an impromptu summit on the pitch after the final whistle with manager Ian Culverhouse and director of football Rob Back.

Culverhouse peeled away, clearly unhappy, eyes fixed on the turf as he strode back down the tunnel".

This doesn't sound too good.   :dontknow:
