Hopefully get one more ticked off tonight as we get ever nearer to the end of the season. Chesterfield didn't look that impressive at the Walks last month but did enough to win which probably sums up both club's seasons.

https://www.kltown.co.uk/2021/05/11/match-preview-chesterfield-fc-vs-kings-lynn/ says we are missing Baggot again due to Ipswich's progression in the FA Youth cup - whilst their cup run couldn't have been predicted, he does seem a strange signing as he hasn't looked NL level (mainly down to his age) and we are very unlikely to see him back at the Walks for 2021/22 so, to me, it was an opportunity missed, maybe at the time it was just a case of getting bodies into the club?
Good to read in SC's column in the EDP at the weekend that the recruitment and scouting team has been bolstered, certainly one of the areas where we are well behind other step 1 clubs, fingers crossed they and IC can put together a better squad for next season
