According to the  information the club put out  for supporters attending tonight's game there is also a paddock.

Handy if you are 'Green' and come in by horse... obviously aiming for a different class of punter.
Like the idea of the chicken run......... presumably egg baps will be on offer on match days soon.

Aside from the 'chicken run' comments, I assume the announcer was having someone from the Safety Advisory Group bending his ear about distancing, masks etc so lets hope that this doesn't come back to bite the club at a later date with a reduction in capacity if we are still operating under some sort of restrictions next season.

No real surprise for those of us who were there last night although I guess there will be those who will try to defend the supporters involved.  There might be an argument that the stewards could have been a bit more proactive although they did appear to try and engage with the fans but given that virtually nobody moved this was always the likely outcome, as Jamie is quoted in the article, the issue is less around Saturdays game and more looking towards next season when a lower capacity is likely to have more of an impact.

Club has published an 'open letter' on Twitter which basically confirms what is in the article

Quite unbelievable really........still hopefully the perpetrators can be identified on the CCTV.
Presumably they will have to be refused admission until such times as social distancing is no longer required....

I can't see it myself, not at £20 a time.

What capacity at £20 a time was lost last night B&G ?
It won't be a loss v Shots, but would be next season

Think the Club needs every 20 quid thrown at it.  So can’t see anyone being turned away for a Covid offence.  Crickey one guy only got a 3 game ban for racial abuse, as I recall.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

I didn't mention capacity last night.  :dontknow:

If 5 people are refused entry on Saturday, after the  cctv has been reviwed, that's £100 the Club will be down. That's why I can't see anyone being refused entry.

I was in the North stand (Chicken Run  :laughcry:) on Tuesday evening.

As creatures of habit we stood in out normal place, opposite the tunnel.

At kick off the area where the KLTFC Choir stand was clearly going against social distancing guidelines. Now whilst I have some sympathy for the stewards and club officials (it must be like trying to heard cats with any fans, let alone us lot) they should have known what would inevitably happen and made some plans to mitigate against it. Segregation of each area and limits on the amount of people in each are a good idea but need to be controlled by the stewards starting from when the gates are opened, not from half time, and this needs to be clearly communicated to people when they enter the ground.

As a business the club has a duty of care to anyone who enters the ground, so all of the above should have been know about and planned for in some form of procedure or crowd control policy. If this was subcontracted out to an events management company then they would have to provide this documentation to the club. It seems that a link in the chain has broken somewhere and this either hasn't happened or wasn't actioned.

Either way, whilst I acknowledge that the KLTFC Choir were in the wrong, they shouldn't have been allowed to get into that situation in the first place.
