 I see the crowd capacity has been reduced for this game so how many can go to the game now

Apparently they are hopeful of still over a thousand (down from 1600)....... capacity has only been reduced by half in the area where people transgressed, as I understand it.

How has reducing the capacity in one area amounted to a reduction of 600? when only 1600 can be admitted to the whole ground ?
