End of season

Glad it finished like that. Lynn haven't been able to buy a win recently and needed to score 5 to win today.
Versus Wrexham, it was 6..................one word stands out...DEFENCE.........98 goals conceded, around 50 scored from 42 games.

And breath KES.  Glad it’s done.   Nice way to close the door on the season.

Interesting you mentioned Wrexham.  They started the day in the last remaining play off place but slipped up with a draw allowing Bromley to leapfrog them.  Wrexham Manager,  Keates ( ex Wrexham player). Has been taking dogs abuse ion their forum.   That’s Hollywood for you.

Though it’s only just ended can’t help but look toward next season.  With doubts being cast about the lifting of the next level of restrictions will the NL start if only limit numbers are able to attend ?
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Hopefully, the next 2/3 weeks will offer clarity as to where we are all going ...or not going. This half way business is tough.......full lockdown, know where you are for a few months, fully open, know exactly where you are and can push forward.........in the middle as we are now.....just anyone's best guess, which makes planning and investing in the future a perilous game.
