EDP is reporting that the fee played by Blackpool was less than
100k.    I thought the Club said they had already turned down an offer of 100k from Luton.

Maybe it’s the add on’s that make this deal more attractive or maybe Carey wanted the chance at Blackpool ?

Yes, I saw that too, but suspect there is a deal of speculation in the final figure reported......everywhere else has it as " undisclosed " and am not sure that the EDP has access to super privileged info from the management.

I found it interesting how it played out......interest from Bournemouth, Swansea, Ipswich, Luton and Blackpool........ Luton's offer turned down flat apparently......wonder if any of the other clubs made offers........maybe Mr Lakey will let us know of the twists and turns in due course, with a few specifics

Presumably we will see Sonny back at The Walks next year for a pre season friendly, assuming of course, that he doesn't have a blinding first season and move up another level.

If that's the case KES lets hope their is a percentage clause added to the contract should he move on to bigger and better things.
