Anyone know any more about his motivation for leaving Eastleigh and coming to Lynn....having played 30 times for them last season, they obviously rated him.

Tempted to say I have high hopes for the front man tomorrow...but I better not.
Seems Eastleigh offered Bird a new contract, but he turned it down......bit of a coup for The Linnets.....great stuff !!

Had assumed before that they were full time, but reading the article it seems to imply that they are not

Bird is reportedly 6ft 2 and a bit and 14 stone and is decent in possession. 👍

Do we now need a real shard as a third centre backto cope with all these 6ft 8 centre forwards in the NL or are we ok ?
