Is this a 4 x 30 mins run out ?
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Looks that way.

From the Lynn News piece on Gold Omotayo piece today "The game has a 7pm kick-off and will be played over four 30-minute halves as both sides use big squads." so can only assume we have lots of (as yet) unnamed trialists in our 'big squad', I guess time will tell.

Pre-season games aren't for me and much as it's fun to speculate on players coming in / departing and what formation IC will be looking to play this season, I am happy to wait until the 21st August for my next trip to the Walks.
