KING’S LYNN TOWN FC VS MK DONS: PREVIEW

Sam Plummer

The Linnets face an exciting opportunity, being put to the test against League One outfit MK Dons at The Walks (Tuesday 13th July. 19:00 PM), as part of the club’s opening pre-season fixture. As the new season looms, King’s Lynn have organised a thrilling array of fixtures to prepare for the club’s second season in the Vanarama National League.

The fixture list provides a test from a wide range of sides, with Peterborough United and Norwich City being announced as opponents, the pair will both make their way to North Norfolk later on in the pre-season schedule. On the road, the club has confirmed away fixtures against the likes of: Chelmsford City FC; Alfreton Town; Heacham FC; and Bishop’s Stortford FC.

The fixture will present a familiar face in former Norwich City defender, and now MK Dons boss: Russell Martin, who will lead his side into this clash; having taken on the managerial position in November 2019. As well as former Canary Andrew Surman and on-loan Josh Martin. The League One side also has former Chelsea prospect Josh McEachran on their books, a player who played for The Blues eleven times before having spells at: Birmingham City; Watford, Middlesborough; Vitesse Arnhem; and Brentford.

Nice write up by Sam Plummer.

Sam, Kings Lynn is in West Norfolk, not North Norfolk.

You wouldn't want to visit Cromer at moment it's heaving with visitors.

Just back from a trip up to Shannock Town ( in North Norfolk or is that East as Kings Lynn is no longer West).   Not too busy and had a nice Sheringham Crab.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Is it crabs or lobsters that walk sideways?

GS I bought the crab in Sheringham without a birth certificate so as far as I’m concerned it was a Sheringham crab.  They don’t know the difference between Cromer and Sheringham  :laughcry:

Kenny I’ve never suffered with Lobsters

If you turned it over before dismantling, preparing and eating....just behind the third claw on the left hand side there is usually a liitle S or C, denoting it's origin.......they did away with cbc's ages ago.
