:laughcry:  :laughcry: a little surprised by this hastily arranged fixture I must say.

I wonder how many of the main assets will be on display.

Not really for me Mall.....a completely meaningless friendly.....and still 46 miles/I hour 15, round trip...........if another friendly gets called off and we end up playing UEA or Mulbarton I'll pitch up just to say hi !

May not be a bad thing. There's a couple of decent players over there that may be worth keeping an eye on!

I thought UEA. Played their home games at Aldiss Park or did I dream that?

It may not have been a great test last night but what it was IMO was getting more time on the pitch for the team to blend together

Seemed a bit of a thin squad that played at Gorleston.   Are there injuries on the squad ?

I think the squad reflected the importance of the game rather than any other issues - no trialists either as very little to be gained in terms of assessing them against Gorleston.  Only real positive for me was that we went with the three centre halves whilst being positive although would be interesting to know how they fitted Gyasi into the formation first half and then who was the attacking midfielder after the break?  Obviously Barrows and Denton would be able to press further forward against Thurlow Nunn opponents but can that be maintained as the level steps up?
