I see it is recommended That the EFL and National league should look further to the National League being absorbed into the EFL structure. I would imagine thus creating a League 2 North & South Divs

Obviously the one that Lynn fans will be looking at would be the potential of expanding the EFL to include the NL but for me the most hopeful thing would be the independent regulator that would sit above PL, EFL, NL and FA set some standards that the FA have failed so miserably at.  Also encouraged by the emphasis on supporters within the game but the question is how much will be implementable and how much will end up being watered down when pressure is applied to MPs from some powerful lobbying interests.

A regional league 2 would certainly make sense, having 5 national leagues has always seemed at least one too many for the size of clubs at these levels. This would go to 3, which should cut down on travel costs for most (though as we all know for Lynn it doesn’t make much a difference).

If they bring The EFL 2 North and South in next season what would clubs be playing for? To just avoid relegation as everyone else will be promoted as the Champs can't be promoted to EFL 1, unless they create the EFL 3, then they would be promoted to EFL 2 and those relegated from EFL 2 to EFL 3

I like the idea that 3G pitches be allowed in the bottom tier of the EFL.   Not sure Ckub owners will go with allowing fans to have a say in how they run the Clubs.

Isn't that the point on that issue, that they're are looking to change the way ownership exists......towards a safeguarding of a community asset
