In the absence of any news of any sort from The Walks, here are results from some friendlies:

Bedford 2 Wealdstone 2
Weymouth 1 Swindon 0
Barnet 2 (inc special free kick from Marriott) Peterborough 3

Barnet have just signed a Peterborough midfielder on a season long loan.

Strange carry on with regard to fans not be being permitted to attend the Harrogate v Sunderland pre season game today (0-4).  800 Sunderland fans had bought tickets prior to the game.  Harrogate were advised at 2pm on Friday the game had to be played behind closed doors
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

That seems very odd...then so many decisions do at the moment.

From a football concern , it seems that there's a possibility that things may be tightened up when schools go back, which could affect attendances

That's the issue Kes

Gov't. did say that they were not over concerned about August, with people spending a lot of time outside and schools  closed, but the concern is from September onwards.

Lots more twists and turns to come yet.

Undoubtedly B&G..........becoming a little tiresome even for the best of the UK population.

I am equally concerned and at the same time intrigued about what may be going on behind the scenes at the club............ hopefully whatever is consuming SC's time will be positive and bear fruit......indeed a heavy crop of fruit
