In fairness to Malc he has taken on a hellva of job.  Things are not going to be easy and he needs to prioritise the actions going forward.  He is also going to need a committee to help him achieve the aims.  Get them selling the progs Malc.

However 5 weeks into the job and I still can’t join the FOTL online.  I hope things start to move far more speedily than that Malc.

Hopefully Malc.  At the end of the day you need the right team around you.   You know where the buck stops.   Just don’t get hung out to dry.

Malcolm, it was you that made a post directed at me, not the other way round. I therefore did you the courtesy of answering it.

I really don't understand why you brought the fotl's into a thread about the general running of the football club.  :dontknow:

I take it that you have now acknowledged your error of accusing me of saying people were delusional? Also, that I didn't claim that things were going on behind peoples back (although you haven't said as such).

Yes Malcolm, by all means, move on.

Good point Mallard. Malcolm shouldn't need to worry himself about finding people to sell the programs. His committee could make themselves available, at least until there are more members on board and more bodies to assist him.

Hi Malcolm. You may have new members in the pipeline, hope its more than a trickle. What you really want though by the sound of it is some actual help in your role. Hopefully you achieve that.
In the meantime though the priority from reading the posts is that people are looking to join but cannot do so. I suggest you therefore need serious help from somebody who is capable of sorting out the online joining form.
Re people getting even more disillusioned with the club what about those who wasted journey to Heacham Fc on tuesday evening unaware because of seemingly lack of info from the Walks that KLTFC had called the game off. (Not everybody is online or uses social media).
I hope you are as successful with the latest supporters club as the previous one was before closure of the club. There needs to be a serious influx of new ideas though to achieve that.

Mr Cleeve needs to sign one of these with the FOTL asap. Then everyone will know what's going on, and expected from each party.

Fat chance of that. He will want £10000 up front for his autograph, £1000 for the photo of the signing ceremony.
