Yep, well I really would like to see The Friends be a big success Malcolm..........it would hopefully help restore the Community aspect for the fans and the town....as you have said a couple of times, if enough people row in the same direction...........

Started to type my reply to Malcolm and then thought it was a bit off topic for Southend fans to have to go through

The gentleman who was going to fix the online payments has resigned so Iam back to square one on that one but someone will step forward and help get it sorted,so we need a new secretary that can help. Thanks for the plug B&G and you are so right the more fans that join the Surporters club the sooner we can move forward

Malcolm, any chance of setting a date for the FOTL open meeting (ideally pretty soon after the first home game so it can be advertised at the game) as I think until you have that you are in danger of raising (possibly false) expectations about what the FOTL is and isn't going to be doing as an organisation.

Appreciate you are still an evolving committee but are you able to put some names to roles for us?

Also are any of the previous fundraising schemes going to be running for the 2021-22 season ie 12th man?

All the fund raising is as before there is no change there ,regarding the meeting there is a committee meeting on the 17th so we can fix a date then and can announce the date on the Saturday match I have been put in charge of program sales and I need volunteers to help sale them
