Yes they are but if you buy a ticket on the day its an open grandstand ticket so if you got there early say at 2 o clock you would naturally just pick a seat which could then later be sold already.

Is this based on what has happened in the past or what you KNOW will happen this weekend?

It's an obvious error  which gets highlighted in big games which we are now going to experience often. At £23 a pop it's not good enough. Also very loose segregation is not going to work at this level...at what is the most expensive non league admission.

We also appear to have the MEANEST concession price in the league as well!!
Many clubs in this league are charging £5 to £8 less for concessions, compared to our measly £2.

There is, of course, an easy remedy...I will not be buying a programme, nor will I buy 50/50 tickets or any food at the ground and will just eat at home before going to the match.

It's a wonder us Senior Citizens aren't being charged more considering all the money we've made out of buying our houses 50 years ago!  :oldman"  :laughcry:  :laughcry:

For the want of something to do, I just read the Archives.  In the fifties the council put in a banked terrace ( a real one), at the Hospital end.  It held 6,000 people !It’s a sad thought to me that we are now seemingly unable to accommodate a mere 4,000 throughout the whole ground !at least on an organised basis).  The bigger the club has become on the pitch, the smaller we have become in infrastructure, comfort, and safety, all of which will be put to the test on Saturday, and probably the majority of the matches this season.  We badly need an empowered organiser/ manager. Who thinks hard about what’s needed.  Apparently the board announcing the next game, in Tennyson Avenue, is EMPTY, for one of the biggest games in the club’s history.  Why are we so amateurish - it won’t work at this level.
