What a huge employer a full time club is:

Chairman

IC, Bazza,Backie , first team coach, plus guys overseeing Academy and younger sides

19 players

Physio, Analysts, Kitman, Groundsmen, Stadium Manager, Health and Safety Guy, Commercial Director , Media and website people, Zoe, Club Secretary, Transport People, Bar and hospitality staff, stewards and security, PA announcer, cleaners plus volunteers for turnstiles, programmes, raffles etc

I am sure I have missed a few too...could be in excess of 50 people.

Malcom.

We were talking about the on line application form being put on the website. When you said the gentleman who was going to do it had resigned you confirmed it was Josh. My understanding is that Josh was one of the few that had (or was going to have) access to the website, so  I think that's where any confusion arose.

Only a few days ago you kindly informed us who the members of the fotl committee are. As you can see from that post, you included Josh.

The friends are soon to have their own website and yes we are fully Independent of the Club.  The committee are Chairman Malcolm Hill,Treasurer Matt Hanney Secretary Josh Yates,Membership Secretary Barry Fysh ,Committee Members Mark Mortimer,Mark Mallows ,Matthew Green.John Flanagan

Easy to get confused with who is doing what at the club etc. Seems to be a very fluid situation these days.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Yes it has. Many thanks, although your post from last week did actually say he is Secretary.

Who's the Secretary at the moment?

It is quite clear to me and many other people the club is in one
hell of a mess. The problem is Mr Cleave does not seen to care
and clearly can not see the problems that need to be addressed.
as far as the lack of fans at Sat game, he could not care less about
that as long as there is a good gate even with away supporters, it
will really notice when we get a club not bring many fans. One of
the biggest things and it is the simplest to solve why no next games
at the Walks are not put up out side the ground.
But I guess when we get to the 7th Sept get together MA Hil will
be able to give us answers, I hope so anyway it can not carry on
like this it is becoming a joke.

Supporters are a necessary evil as far as Mr C is concerned?

He certainly doesn't seem to want to engage with us.

The wage bill must be 10.000 a week plus
Absolutely baffling why the club is not throwing everything at maximising crowds.

I can not understand why MA Hill was calling our now departed
SM Stuart Carpenter when He was clearly Murphy, ( or was he a Carpenter AH ).

It seems staff at the club are very demoralised by the situation at the Club.  Everything is seat of the pants and last minute.

Up until Friday night no bar staff had been organised.   Food for the day wasn’t sorted until Saturday.  The new guy Murphy walked because of this total lack of organisation and staff being ‘undervalued’.

The word I’m getting is that things are in a hellva of a mess.

Would you be prepared to work for less than minimum wage Mallard?

So the 500.000 loan.....is going towards the running of the club I presume. So surely the club should be running correctly  :banghead;
