To be expected...they just have to keep doing their utmost to break into the first eleven....and when they do then it's important to take the chance

Agree Kes 80, but there must be a time over the coming months when they feature in the starting line ups. Time will tell suppose. If not they are bench warmups. I know in the distant past what I would have preferred to be.

Ended 2-3 and reading Flashscore commentary Sonney had a shot just wide and another cleared off the line.

Never mind that WLM. what about those Cherries !   I guess Norwich employed wide players to pick up those overhit crosses last night  :laughcry:

Yes… Good luck to Sonny Carey.  I recall being surprised to read, months ago on the forum, that”Carey should go to a lower league to learn the game, and get “some minutes”.  The Dilly query at the time was “ Who to pick to play alongside Carey and Kelly ?!!  Point is, I think the club failed to capitalise on Kelly’s obvious skill level, and this is a Dilly call to get him back, as we are now building a nippier passing team that he would thrive in….

Couple of problems with that Dilly.  Firstly Kelly didn't have 'obvious skill level' when he did play in NL games last season, I liked him and thought he showed potential but he never pushed on and games often seemed to pass him by.  Secondly IC has already said that is it for squad building this season, the budget has been used up, so we have to make the best of what we have
