They'll all get in however many turn up. SC needs the money. Police won't want the extras wandering around town. At least until the away clubs are sent tickets to sell themselves.

Apparently (so I have been informed) one of the problems with that, is some of the Chairmen's mistrust of each other. Some are worried that certain Club Chairmen would be reluctant to forward the money for tickets sold to the home club.   :dontknow:
