The first player i would be after is Ndlove at Brackley. Right pain in the butt against us 2 seasons ago, scores goals for fun and has played a good standard of Football league.
Simples, perhaps his ex teammate now in a Lynn shirt could have a chat?

Biggest change of style we need is to go from not scoring goals to scoring a shed load of goals! Don't care about style get it in the old onion bag,an ugly win is better than losing pretty! :banghead; :banghead;
Perhaps a lunatic was simply a minority of one.

Winning ugly only works about 2 games in 10.  Playing well wins far more games than it loses.  It’s the philosophy of Guardiola and Del Nosque, the two most successful managers, and you’ll never hear them banging on about formations.  No team ever needs 3 CHs.  Many selections we’ve had in the last year have no more than 3 creative players, yet we expect those defensive teams to do the attacking.  I don’t think the current team would make the top half in the NLN, because it hasn’t got the variety to play well, and dominate games.  Goals should come from midfielders, as well as strikers, or, in our case lone striker….  We all mean well on this forum, but things are a bit bleak at the mo……

Unless they have a hugely talented squad and / or unlimited funds the best coaches are flexible, in that they tailor the system to best suit the players at their disposal?
