SC seemingly loathe to spend big bucks on a forward or two, to take the pressure off the system.

I guess its a case of if you ain't got it, you can't spend it.  :dontknow:

Think there are a lot of boxes that would need ticking time get a goalscorer ( or two) in.

Money is certainly one.  Location another.  Players willing to come for a relegation battle.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Yes agreed........it almost feels like it's too late to get someone in now on so many levels.......and if money is the issue we believe it to be, then SC literally can't afford to remove IC if he ever wanted to....so a complete empasse

Being a London based Linnett some thoughts on game against a strong side Lynn played well. in the main were positive and kept going right up-to final whistle. The passion is there Clunan getting the water bottles over when substituted for example . A lack of creativity is an issue Barrett came on looks a class act but hideously unfit hopefully that will come . Looks a difficult act to stay up but stranger things have happened a young team playing for the shirt and town

I don’t think we’re far short.  We are competing in nearly all the matches, but need …. we’ll….. not going to bore everyone with the Dillification I believe is needed - (quickie version - 2 creative MFs, and one, perhaps two goalscorers).  If we had them, I believe Marriott would blossom into a twenty per season man, again…The chances would increase for him to thrive…. Or someone like him, of course.   We can survive this but, well, we all agree, someone(s) to stick the blasted ball into the net !!
