People have said theres been no planning but maybe he deserves a bit of credit.18 month contracts for step 2 or 3 players so maybe he is building for the future and life without Culverhouse.He seems to be building for a future of step 2 football.

What recent chairmen in all of football have lasted more than a few games running the club and the day to day of the team?
