There is really only thing that’s going to give us a chance of getting out of this hole and that’s £ notes.   The big question is has SC got it to put in ?  Getting other people with cash on the hip before this season started surely would have made sense.    I’m assuming the £500k has been burnt through already.

What a legacy that SC is going to leave.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

With the greatest respect to many.of the lovely genuine people on here, who want to see the club do well, I have to say I think that many of you are wearing the same rose tinted glasses that IC has had on.
IC has been great at Lynn and of course I would love him to stay and get us out of this mess, but:

This system with these players hasn't been working for nigh on 20 games now......the time for a major rethink was half a dozen games ago.

Those who feel "the situation is still within our grasp" or words to that effect, I have to ask you, genuinely and sincerely, have you looked at the table.......who is it that we are going to overhaul ?
Being realistic, which are the teams and fixtures we will win over the rest of the season ?
I would argue that with a couple of stellar signings (which we can't afford), it would still be touch and go.
This is such an uneven league.... similar to the Premier League in many ways. Many of the games, simply are not winnable against.the likes of Chesterfield, Stockport etc. The only way for a club like Lynn to survive is to beat those clubs around you......apart from Maidenhead we have failed miserably in that regard. If you gave us 3 points for the fixtures against Aldershot, Weymouth, Wealdstone, Southend, and deducted the points that they have won from us, we would be doing ok........we now have to win all the return fixtures, plus pull a few major surprises....

8 POINTS  GUYS.....not far from half way through the season, that's the stark reality, sadly.

Stats don't lie
Since we beat York in January 2020 we have had 11 wins in 66 league games  Not good sadly
