No … nothing against setch  at all , read his posts on fb and there’s no way he’d want that
But also can’t we ever move forward let’s start a new era not keep harping on about ex players ,managers
No doubt all great servants for the club but let’s look forward.

Three for starters:
1/ He doesn't have any experience managing at this level
2/ He is unlikely to have the contacts required
3/ When he left last time, I don't believe his relationship with SC was great

Those 3 took me 5 seconds to come up with.....if I took another 10 seconds I could probably come up with a few more, but what's the point, as Blu has said, great servant at a lower level in the past, but let's stop forever looking backwards and move on.

Was he also "Let's have it away" or was that someone else?

No contacts hey! Where did he find Craig Mackell Smith and Rene Howe from if he has no contacts.Perfect players in the situation that KLTFC are in at the moment. Been there done that and worn the t-shirt. And no i am not saying come home Setch. I have known him since the day he was born as used to play in the same team as his dad many years ago. He was dumped once by SC (who actually asked me personally if he should get rid of him, obviously i did not reply, so why would he want to go back for round 2?

If I were Setch, I'd be thinking 'I fancy that'

6 months, till end of season and regardless of where we end up, you know one thing.  It will be one hell of a fight.

Doesn't have the contacts required , to my mind.....the names you have thrown out there Gordon don't convince me otherwise......I guess it's  all about how we each interpret the current situation...and that obviously differs from fan to fan

With the greatest respect, most managers at Bedford's level would probably think that too......but this is the NL....... it's a harsh reality league full of hardened pro's...... fairytales don't come true and jumping from  step 4 to 1, would be like Alan Devonshire leaving Maidenhead to manage Watford
