Just seen the Chairman’s latest Tweet about the ref should have given us a penalty.  Ffs is that what we have come to ?

Look at the bigger picture Mr Chairman we just been knocked out by a team struggling at the foot of the table in a Lower League.   Maybe we have signed another dud?  Something that has to be considered.

Not writing him off, can see him jacking it in before the season ends. Just get the feeling he is here for something to occupy him for while until something better comes along. Time will tell. Been lots of rheteric, that has masked the fallout of the results, which have been no better than IC would have done. No decent signings since appointment, despite saying they would be forthcoming. Signed his son, bravo. Plenty of yap, not a lot of content. Hopefully i'm proved wrong, we' ll see.

I got that impression too on his first press conference when they were talking about beyond the current season.

Same old, same old. Concentrate on the league. How many league games have we actually won since february 2020? You won't need an abacus to count them. Concentrate on the league, that's a sick joke.
Went out to the eventual winners last season from a much lower league. Just think of the monies that are available to actually win a game in the Trophy and progress. Obviously we don't need the money!!!!
I would also say that the crowd at Tonbridge was higher than if we had played the tie here at the Walks!

Losing to Tonbridge could be a blessing I disguise, maybe there is a positive there.
With the current forward line it is unlikely that we will win enough games to stay up. Without wishing to disrespect Tonbridge, we weren't good enough to beat them, a team struggling one league lower.
If SC and TW King's Lynn to be a National League side next season, then they need to bring in at least one forward. It may cost, but what would be the cost of relegation. This is a level that we may not get to play in again anytime soon, so the ball is in their court. If a forward isn't brought in real soon, then we know what their answer is.

I bet Steve was frothing at the mouth that £5k would of been handy getting through .. I’m still positive we’ll make a fight of it tbh it’s out of us , Weymouth, Maidenhead poss Wealdstone, Friday is a Big match as is next Tuesday , nothing less that 4 pts I say we need  anything less than I do fear our crowds dwindling … as in other threads mentioning a striker  we’re so desperate now .. nothing against Linton/gold but 2in 20 isn’t exactly prolific … wonder if Defoe fancy coming to keep his eye in

If the worse happen ( relegation best of the worst ) wonder how it works with contracts and going back part time … a lot riding on the next 4 months…

I think I read somewhere that if a Club goes into administration ( should that happen) contracts can be cancelled within the first two weeks.

I think it would be unreasonable to assume that the club could afford a forward who could rescue the season from this point so maybe that is 'the answer' that it isn't worth yet another financial gamble to retain NL status on top of the debt we have accumulated financially doping our way into the NL in the first place.  You ask what the cost of relegation may be but what is the cost of retaining our NL place, what would change financially for the club not to need a massive cash injection for what, in all likelihood, would be another relegation battle?
