Michael Gyasi and Tyler Knowles out on loan
« on: January 25, 2022, 05:28:03 PM »
Michael Gyasi has joined Dover Athletic on loan for the rest of the season, it has been announced.
He has made twelve league appearances this season but only three of these have been in the starting line-up.
His last appearance was against Nantwich Town in the FA Trophy.

Also going out on loan is Tyler Knowles who recently signed a professional contract with Lynn. He joins Wisbech Town for a month.

Tbh not surprised by gyasi going the talents there but seriously needs fine tuning ,spent many a game behind cully shouting instructions to him but he seemed to be caught in the headlights at times … on his day he’s got many a trick and defiantly has pace to burn perhaps next season he may hold a place down ..
Wonder if sundire could be next do have an over load of midfielders but when he dropped to LB he did have a good game , wouldn’t be surprised if Linton goes to  ..

Doesn’t look as though he has done Dover any harm.  On as a sub and they are winning 1-0
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

If Gyasi has “many a trick, and pace to burn”, as Bluboy said, not getting a regular place in such a poor King’s Lynn side reeks of rank bad management.  They are exactly the qualities that the team has lacked, or rather failed to pick, for nearly two solid seasons.  I’m not really in a position to judge him, as I’m a COVID coward, but I always believe managers should put skill and ability ahead of tactics and line-ups.  Most tactics are abandoned during the game, in favour of crosses, crosses, and crosses !!!
