Woking visit on Tuesday.

What should expect from both teams?

With something like a 25 man squad and following the seemingly poor performance on Saturday you would hope that multiple changes would be on the cards for Tommy.  If not what is the point in having all these players to select from.

I’d wager one name on the team sheet won’t change though.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

The attendance reduced by 1 at halftime on Sat so I certainly won't be there.

Play football would be nice. Even a win still won't be good enough for us..

After Saturdays debacle we should all get in for free as we paid to see football and didn't! :dontknow:

Given Saturdays performance as Mall has said we would expect changes but in spite of the expanded squad TW's options still seem pretty limited.  Personally I would go with:

             Jones (MotM Saturday)
Jones, Bowry, Coulson, Barrows, Scott
     Clunan, Phipps, Hargreaves
           Linton, Kurran-Browne

Coulson has given us some defence against the high ball but can only play in a back three due to chronic lack of pace.  Midfield completely outplayed at the weekend, McGavin has show more willing since TW's arrival but still nowhere near where he needs to be and TW jnr not close to NL standard, Phipps has looked good at the back but we need more in the middle of the park so worth the sacrifice to move him forward.  Barrett has the ability to be a good player but we just don't have the other players to carry someone at this level, we also need to have someone closer to Linton that isn't Clunan, however willing he has been that isn't his best position so moving him to accommodate others into the starting lineup has just weakened us imo.

Think I would have Denton left side midfield and Mcfadden as one of the 3 at back. Seems to me some players are being deliberately left out.

Well after Saturday, I think its best to stay in the warm , rather than watch a team just going through the motions, along with our keeper its strange that the other 2 best Lynn players were both with us the last  2 seasons. Barrows and Jones. Thinking a draw, and a crowd of about 600, ....if we are lucky.

GS, I think you can make a case for and against any one of the centre halves that currently find themselves watching, I just think that Coulson needs as much pace alongside him as possible so that would be why I would go with Bowry.  Denton is a difficult one as Scott has been one of the positives so far under TW and Hargreaves has looked OK (apart from being played on the right at the weekend) in his two sub appearances at the Walks.

Mac, I wouldn't disagree with you although I would add Clunan (for the season not last weekend) to your list.  With relegation and assuming we revert to part time, I think Barrows is possibly the only one that I would want to keep who we might lose in the summer - I think Jones (Aaron) and Clunan would probably accept going back to part-time and hopefully Jones (Paul) and McFadden would also stay but beyond that I can't make a case for keeping anyone else although we may be stuck with a few more after some poor decisions on contract lengths.  I will be there tomorrow night but think your estimate of 600 might be optimistic
