So who officially signed him for KLTFC, SC or IC because he has not played a single minute in well over 3 months. How much has that cost the club?

I would have thought SC signed him - might be wrong, it seems that he signs players to 'develop' them and sell them for a fee afterwards

I think you will find that this lad was a Chairman’s signing.  Perhaps that would explain the lack of game time this player has had under either Manager.

Some like to be involved in all aspects of the Club. After all it’s his money.( well not strictly true now is it)
