30 years .... only 13 games left.  It’s a 23 Team League ( 44 games) this season, hence why there are only 3 teams to be relegated.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Indeed because 4 will come up , taking us back to 24 teams as normal

King's Lynn Town Football Club (Facebook)

FULL-TIME | King's Lynn Town 0-0 @wokingfc

We're held to a goalless draw. A very even contest that didn't break the deadlock, and a valuable point earned at home.

Well the only good thing about the game was we didn't concede. Apart from that we looked like a team who have given up. We can't even beat teams at the foot of the table, says it all really! For one I'll be glad when the season has finished. One word sums it up really "Shambles"

Personally I think we will struggle on the pitch next season as much as we have done this season, unless all the big talk stops and some serious actions starts to take place.

And this is when we will be playing at a level that many will probably think we can win the title and bounce straight back.

Not with this team though. As you've said serious actions need to take place. I'm not even sure if the manager will be here next season! In some ways I'd like to see what he really can do at the start of the season and that's if he's allowed to.

What on Tommy’s CV fills you full of hope that he can do a job here next season?

I’m with you and BnG mallard …. Ok perhaps culverhouse era had gone stale and change needed (I’d rather he had stayed and had the backing Tommy had ) but what has TW and his staff changed I don’t see anything tactically that excites me , and next season he’s got to recruit 10 or more players  and get them playing to North standard to compete  , even he’s changed from the Dover game on the sideline  to now .. is he thinking I’m outta my depth with this side /club  all the talk hasn’t worked out

Just watched TW post match interview. What planet is he on. His talk has become repetitive and boring. He still thinks with 13 games left that we are ok and can stay up.
This season, IC was manager for 17 games and won 3 of them. Yes, not good, TW has had 16 games and also won 3, so unless we beat Torquay on Saturday, they are equal with wins.
Last season we all saw how tough this league is, but nothing has been learnt and we will be relegated. SC said he would do whatever it takes, TW said we only need to go up two league places., both will have failed.
The players TW has brought in are no better than what we had. He was brought in to keep us in the NL. If he fails to do that, he shouldn't be here for bext season. His excuses are lame, the pitch, the players aren't fit enough. Fact is, TW wasn't good enough.
At the start of the season, we weren't winning, but we were playing good football and I thought we would be ok. My thinking was that a goal scorer would be signed, but no, we've still got Omotoyo who has scored just 3 all season, oh and missed 2 penalties.

Tommy has been brought in to do a job.

With the (presumably) cut price players coming in, and with the (presumably) higher paid players moved out, maybe he is doing the job he's really been employed to do.

Tommy's interview shows where the club are , if he is happy with a point and thinks we can survive this with teams like Stockport, Grimsby and Halifax coming to the walks, where we can't score , then he needs to get his head out of the clouds.  He is blaming the pitch again , but other teams can adapt and with all the injuries we have got, surely what lynn are or aren't doing in training isn't right.

It's all cheap talk !

Managers blaming the pitch has been happening for decades. An easy one to roll out!

Irrespective of people believing or not believing claims about the amount of money that has been spent on it since the club was reformed, I think that the majority of supporters recognise that it is what it is, and due to a number of factors (water table probably being the main one), it will never be a lot better than it currently is.

It’s our pitch, it is what it is, we know what it is, maybe it’s time to just get on with. Maybe in future we should recruit players capable of playing a certain style of football that suits the pitch.

We need a manager who doesn't use the pitch as a cop out. It was two very poor teams , played the game like its a testimonial . We need players who one will get stuck in on a pitch like this. Well I have seen the pitch a lot worse than this , especially in the Southern league, bit our pitch has always been a quagmire especially under the main stand. But I don't buy all the lame excuses from the boss and saying this is a good point.

Do people think that setch's team that got promoted from the ucl would beat Cleeves current team

Whatever the result i bet they would play with more passion and commitment than most of this lot.
