Just a quick post about those fundraising at GEAR in a couple of weeks. 

Hopefully many will be supporting the crowd of 8:56 Foundation runners who are doing a great job in raising awareness as well as funds to support mental heath - more info here https://856foundation.org.uk/team-856-have-entered-gear-22/

On a slightly smaller scale I will be raising money for the St Johns to get some more kit to support the fans on match days at the Walks, please feel free to come and find me at the game on Monday if you can spare a couple of quid
