Downham play off game

If you can't make the away game at Dagenham tomorrow then Downham have a play-off semi final at home to Norwich CBS (3pm) - a chance for them to make it to Step 5 for first time in their history.

Had some Lynn Academy lads play for them this season, and one of the joint managers works for Lynn so I'm sure they'll appreciate any extra support.

Downham won 1-0 and will travel to Harleston Town next Saturday in a head-to-head for a place in the  Premier Division.
