Certainly says a lot of the right things in the interview although there is also a worrying reference to the 'sleeping giant' nonsense.  I am less concerned about his Leicester experience, much of which won't be relevant, but he has also operated nearer our level so you have to hope that having brought him in, SC then listens to why BP has to say, just hope all parties (including TW) appreciate this isn't going to be a quick fix

Very much so. Old, overworked Cliche, that unfortunately hasn't been relevant to Lynn, for a long long time.

From what I hear, and the reaching out that has already been set in motion, I'm confident of him sorting out the remnants of the old Clique, which will allow him to utilise the talents of many that have previously been excluded (to the Clubs loss).

Something to look forward to.

It seems SC has really got the bit between his teeth in terms of getting things moving off the field.

Latest recruitment is for a Business Development Executive.  Very low salary but I’m sure a decent % bonus scheme will be on offer.     

Is this all a big push to see what can be achieved or a real final  roll of the dice ?
