Same moaners every year would rather pay 8 quid and play Wisbech

There's irony for you.  :laughcry:

Quite a short post, and haven’t posted in a while.

I was priced out of getting a season ticket last year, but planned to still go to about 80% of games. I went to 2.

With a pay freeze and rising costs, I couldn’t justify spending that much on leisure time with three kids. Not that I couldn’t afford it, but it simply wasn’t value for money for a day out. So I stopped going.

When this years prices came out, I came to the realisation that Lynn just aren’t my team anymore. Kind of gone off football in general. It’s a shame, but how it is.
Agree with you on that unfortunately will not be going to Lynn anymore. Real shame but as you said cannot justify paying that much for a pastime. Wish Lynn all the best but will not be there to see any if it

Mike / LL, can understand your position, always difficult to hear about fans no longer thinking of going to games but what do you think the club can do at this point to turn this around and make a Saturday at the Walks a more attractive proposition again?  Jesus (and NW) have pointed at the club being take, take, take which I think it would be fair to say has been the position under both regimes since reformation but with little to no infrastructure having been put in place going up to step 1 was always going to be a big ask and with COVID adding additional debt the club is maybe now facing it's biggest challenge.  On the plus side I think BP could be a great addition but turning things around has to be seen as a long term project and it is then a question as to whether both SC and the fanbase will both stick around long enough for the necessary changes to be put in place and start to bear fruit.  I guess we will see indications over the coming weeks as to whether BP has been successful in recruiting suitable volunteers and if they are the right people and whether they can have an impact in helping moving the club forward.
