Not just ‘Sugar Daddy’ little matter of a FA £500k loan sitting on the books.  Was hopeful with an experienced guy like BP in our ranks then we could become self sufficient with commercial enterprises adding greatly to the pot.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Looking at recent events I think we could soon be looking for a Knight in shining armour.  :scarf: :scarf:

Knight ?  Maybe not but think it’s time now for Reg to earn his corn (nice little  pay rise) and step up to the plate and help SC by giving us the Truth on what has gone one.

C’mon Reg get that PR machine cranked up and let’s be hearing from you.

Perhaps the "enjoy the ride" gang should step up as well. As Delia said " let's be aving you".. I'm sure Loopy will be on later to update everyone.

If the FOTL’s want to know what to do with the members money they are sitting on, and it needs to go to the club for something specific, maybe they could put it over the bar so Coke could be sold at £2.00.

I remember a FOTL’s committee member saying a few years ago, that there will always be another white knight.

I hope he’s still got his phone number!

According to one post on Facebook "He is having a big operation in August and he has to rest for 8weeks after" which must be a big disappointment to those wanting it to be something to do with the relationship with Stephen Cleeve.

Presumably then, he wasn't aware of his illness or forthcoming operation when he took on the job.  :dontknow:

Let's hope everything goes well for him and his operation. Can we look forward to welcoming him back in October/November?

Nemesis, there's people at the Club other than Cleeve, that BP has to have a (working) relationship with.

No need to.  It's a well used phrase on here. Just have a look back.

Sorry to hear that BP is not well enough to continue.   Hopefully SC has someone else lined up for the CEO job or at least getting an advert out there to attract a new person.    After all if the Manager was to leave you would want someone in pdq.  It’s important to get this role filled.

The one thing that BP admitted in the meeting with the fans was that season tickets were overpriced and represented poor value. He stated that the prices were set before he arrived.  This tells you everything that you need to know about the Captain of the ship.

There was plenty of time to adjust the pricing but it appears Cleeve was having none of it.  Is anyone surprised?
