Why have we done this before the season has started? Unless there was another club sniffing about for a manager? It's great Mr Cleave has such faith in a guy who failed to save us from relegation ,and if we are flying (which i hope we are) by Christmas it Will be viewed as a great decision. However if we struggling in the lower reaches with no real prospect of promotion we Now landed with another manager who will prove very expensive to move due to the contract extension.
Hopefully all goes well but a risky thing to do for a club who are probably not in great shape financially .
