I see both the Lynn News and EDP are all over this draw already.

The Club could really go to Town on this one.

.............but will they?   :dontknow:

Let’s not forget Danny Setchell will be returning as well.
And Charley Sanders

The clubs have to agree the entrance fee, although there is usually a minimum fee set by the FA.

Seems he played a couple of games in mid August and came on as sub on the 27th but didn't feature Saturday or last Monday

I hope and expect us to beat them but would hate to see the old boy on the end of a second 8-1 thrashing.

His job is hard enough without him having to go through all the sh*t that would bring him.

Playing league leaders Nuneaton this weekend.

Be good to  see Alex back at The Walks, a player we should never have let go.

Not sure we will "thrash them" but you would hope it would be a comfortable win but depends which Linnets team turns up on the day the team who piled in three goals in the first half or the one who folded so meekly in the second half!
One thing you can be sure of is that Setch will have his team.nicely wound up and going for it.
Hopefully our chairman has some good ideas I'm enduring a bumper gate - but I wouldn't hold my breath on that one

Non League day is 24th September, as Lynn are away why don't they celebrate it against Bedford on the 17th?

Some clubs are reducing their prices for Non League day, Bromley for instance are reducing their prices, £15 adults (25% reduction) £10 concessions (33% reduction) Youths £5, under 12's Free seating no extra charge. Mr Cleeve would do well to take note of other clubs initiatives.  We wait and see.

With 3 home games in 8 days would it be too late to do a ‘Trio’ offer ?  Maybe not possible with an FA Cup game included in the 3.

Think some may have to pick which ones they attend.  I hope I can make two of the 3.

Not sure the Bedford game would be the best option to celebrate NL Day - can only change prices with Bedford's permission and even then need to give them half anyway.  Better to try and get a bigger gate for a league game imo, I don't think cup gate receipts are that lucrative (unless we get a big league club in a couple of rounds time) but prize money and a potential TV appearance can make a difference so still need to get it right on the pitch.

Bedford fans as it stands should prepare themselves for a 70% price hike for adults and over 100% for concessions, more if they want to sit. I don't think Bedford would object.  Potential for a bumper crowd if priced right.  Over to you Mr Cleeve.

I'm quite sure Bedford will be quite happy to take a cut of a reduced pot? :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :cup2:

On a game like this is where you need a Barrie Pierpoint onboard.   I’m sure he would be all over this one.   SC said in his Proggie notes he had two people lined up for the commercial side that would be joining in Sept.
