How do you prove how many games you have been too? I have been to most games this season,many away,I pay cash o the gate how can I prove it? Season ticket holders who can afford a lump sum and watch only home games from their comfy seats get preference! :dontknow: :argue: :banghead;

Well hopefully SC will increase his hours to get TW and his players the coverage they deserve.  Or has Reg got other things that are filling his time.?

Seen a tweet that Greg Plummer has managed to get 5 ( yes 5 ) pages of Coverage devoted to the Linnets in tomorrow’s Lynn News.

Come on SC ( or Reggie) and get Plummer on the phone to help out.

like wise in the YLP

It's never going to be a perfect system.  Personally think it is right that season ticket holders and members get preferential treatment, especially given how others have been quick to point how little 'value' they receive (I am not in this group btw).  If preference is given to those who regularly buy online then that too seems fair, it should be relatively easy to verify and there is enough time to allow them a small window and still have enough time to sell the remaining tickets.

What is the Ground Capacity these days ?

Just to clarify is it a case that those who pay cash 100% of that money goes to the club while those who buy online a % goes elsewhere ?
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

I don’t know how you can compare YLP to the Lynn News.   The LN has been around for years and I’m sure has a massive online following compared to the other one.

Haven't missed a game. Not a season ticket holder.  Always  buy early  on line. I will be disappointed if I  don't get my normal seats  x 2

I really can't see why season ticket holders (who buy season tickets to watch league games, not cup), should be prioritised over people that pay on the gate on the day.

This could also potentially penalise the "new fans", that the club are trying to attract. How can they attract them if they can't get a ticket?  :dontknow:

It shouldn't be about "rewarding" season ticket holders. I would think that one of the main difference between them and supporters that pay on the day, is that one group can afford the up front cost and the others can't.

It could be said that its not a reward for some but is more a penalty for others.

I can understand the thinking behind this being done for Club members.

Is this really going to be a sell out or is there going to be plenty of tickets available ?   Having it live on the box will have an affect ?

I did wonder that.

Not sure what the answer is to that one.

Part of the reason B&G is that the club use over £30000 of up front money to sign and pay players before the season starts and in the early weeks before gate money kicks in

My thoughts exactly.  Money is still tight for many.
A family of 4can sit round the telly and watch for free,  compared to around £50 entrance.
Still think there will be a good turnout, 2500-3000.
Would be more if kids for a quid, or even free with an adult.
