Fylde winning 2-1 - play was suspended first because of a fire alarm and then because of a drone.

Flyde won 2-1 so now top the table, ahead of Lynn who are 3 points behind but with a game in hand and a slightly better goal difference.

If Tuesday night’s game goes ahead then, after today, it has become something of a ‘must win’. AFC Fylde are on a roll and unless we can disturb that I’m not sure who can. A draw wouldn’t be the end of the world but lookimg at what they have left, they have the easier second half to the season.

Sorry DougJR, I can’t agree with your last sentence above, there are no easier or harder games until the end off the season, all games are worth 3 points for a win and 1 for a draw, at no point in a season does any team have a divine right to assume they will beat teams below them in the league. KLTFC are a prime example of this, had we beaten teams at the bottom end this season we would have now been well set for promotion, but we didn’t and are now scrapping with Fylde for top spot, agree Tuesday night is a real must win match if it goes ahead, but I do feel Fylde seem to have the ability to beat teams we seem to struggle to beat. I am sure many twists and turns will happen before the season end, exciting times ahead COYL. :oldman" :farmer:

Fair enough…. I may be being a little pessimistic but we have to improve our away form now but Fylde have momentum and seem to be able to pull out results when we struggle - look at how many late goals they get!  Anyway, I hope I’m wrong and we do succeed. Fingers crossed big time!!
