Any danger that weather could get this called off? I would be travelling long distance to attend and worried about getting caught out.

There's always that danger at The Walks, but at the moment I think the weather is all looking ok for tomorrow night. Should be similar as it has been today, and although there has been rain, I very much doubt it would have been enough to cause any problems.

This is surely the ultimate must win game. Looking at Fylde's remaining fixtures, they have an easier run in. So unless.they implode big time and we are nearly faultless, we have a footballing Everest (mountain rather than double glazing) to climb.

Mountains and Deserts Rod, you certainly are a well travelled man. :countingmoney:

Think you are right.  Fylde would need to implode if we don’t beat them tomorrow night.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Not particularly well travelled, Mallard - just a vivid imagination!

Hopefully we can put in the performance it will need to get the required win, to still be in with any chance of winning the league. Even a win though, and still Fylde have the upper hand, but the win is needed to fend off Chester. Hopefully starts for Ponticelli, Cosgrave and Omotayo. We did well at their place, so let’s hope we can better that at ours. 1-0 win, Omotayo to score.

Biggest game of the season.  Any news anywhere?  Plenty from Fylde, but is it on the radio?  Team news?  Anything anyone?….

Half-time. We’re at home!  We need another attacker on badly, at the expense of one of our FIVE defenders. Pontyand or Cosgrave for J. Jones and or McF or Widdribgton.  We have to win this match!

I have always been a fan of TW since his arrival at the club. But last night I think he got it wrong, we seem to set up not to lose, trouble is Gold had no support only a poor performance from Barrett, who for the last few weeks has been off the pace. As soon as we went a goal down we ran out of ideas ,not that we had any, taking off Gold and Stephens was a negative step. We needed to go for it, and listening to TW interview afterwards he was watching a different game to the rest of us.
Im not sure we will go up now, if so we need to step up to the plate and quick.
