Setch is doing a cracking job at Corby.  Won the last 7 on the spin to now sit inside the play off places.   Did a great job at Bedford last season.  Strange decision to get rid of him during this season by Bedford.  They must be regretting that one now.

As for IC coming back.  I can’t see him ever wanting to work for SC again.  Anyway he looks to have turned it around at Boston.  Be interesting to see how they go next year.  If Lynn go part time I wouldn’t be surprised to see Clunan and Jones heading up the A17 next season.

Clunan is (sort of) part time at Lynn. He has another full time job.

So has Aaron  Jones but that’s more summer season orientated I would assume.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

It's all swings and roundabouts.

Confused.com Graham.  Setch has been there a couple of months and has had a big impact.   Whatever level he is at the fact is he’s on a decent run.  Big difference between Step 2 and Step 4 for sure.   The thing with Setch is he’s never had the opportunity of managing at Step 2 with a top 6 budget.   Maybe one day.  Still good to see him doing well.

For sure on a week to week basis there is a huge gulf between step 4 and step 2.  There is also a huge gulf in terms of budget.

Budget is everything.  Any Manager doing well is a manager about to do badly.  It’s all down to Money, Contacts, and Recruitment, at this level.  People talk about “learning the game”, but it’s easier than draughts!  Gerrard, Conte, Neville, Keane- all cliched & clueless.  It’s what is happening before your eyes, not what phrases they’ve learned like “winning fouls”, “that holding position”, or “Number 10”, whatever that is (except possibly Inside Left!)…. KLTFC need to start trying to win games instead of not losing them….. IMHO!!!! Dillification is an exact science, realised when people were calling for Carey to go out on loan “to learn the game” while Dillification put him as first name on the team sheet!…..

New signing is from step 4 so maybe Setch is on the way back!

Step 3.
