Guessing there's going to be fans going to Darlington, are there buses or is the train the best way? The ground looks to be nowhere near the town itself.

Its 1.4 miles from the train station  Ground DL1 5NR  station DL1 4AA
May be a way through the park area but I don't know

Also train looks nearly sold out so car / coach the best way it seems

Ask the Darlington Football Sec whether it is sensibly walkable. He is very helpful re tickets, and parking  which is bookable for £5.
