Makes sense to adopt the 'wait and see' principle, however good a job Mark and Hugo have done.  I think they have put themselves in the box seat should we get promotion, by whatever method, but SC will have to think long and hard about what the club looks like from top to bottom should we still be in NLN next season and if we have to revert to part-time then that will obviously have an impact on what qualities we are looking for in a management team

It certainly does Tony.  If we gain promotion then it has to a full time arrangement.  How many of the current squad will cut it at Step one ?  My feeling is we will need to be shopping at Tesco/Asda to stand a chance of staying in the NL.   Waitrose I feel is out of our comfort zone in terms of Step one.

If we end up not making it then we could well be looking at a part time operation and many of our better players could well be looking at full time employment, elsewhere.   That could well see us shopping at Lidl/Aldi looking for replacements.

That’s unless SC can find an ‘investor’ to help him support the Club going forward.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?
