Saturday
« on: April 26, 2023, 07:44:00 PM »
Hope we take the points in front of a rocking Walks. Everyone will be watching their phones for the Fylde match V Bradford PA. Can't see Fylde losing that one but you never know in football,a bad day at the office and a draw and Lynn winning could be all that it takes.  :scarf: :scarf: :cup2:

Can’t see anything other than a Fylde win at Bradford, but should they draw and we win, that would see us champions. If it is to be tge play offs, then with home advantage we’ve got a good chance, but hope that we would go with a more attacking line up. If Bradford win tonight, they would still have a chance of avoiding relegation, but would need to win Saturday. There won’t be as many there Saturday as there would have been if Fylde hadn’t won last night, but would be good to push 1800. I think we will beat Curzon, so maybe Bradford could help us out.

Curzon still have an outside chance to get into the play offs, so they have as much to play for as we have.

As John said,  Bradford have a chance of avoiding the drop, so they will be going for it as well.

An interesting Saturday ahead.

Great that Bradford look like winning tonight to keep their hopes alive. Remember they beat us at the Walks 1-0 a few years ago, when we were top and they were bottom. I watched the Curzon v Fylde highlights and have to say that Fylde looked pretty good, hopefully Bradford won’t give them a 2 - O lead inside 5 minutes.

Yes Linnet, their current form is very impressive. Not lost in 6 and only conceded in one of them.

very good commentary from the curzon radio team very fast coomentary really knew his job but some comments made about Barret and gold not being with the club next season was a bit puzzling as they knew something we did nto
