Happy Summer, all…. Doom and Gloom here in Dillyshire. First look at this forum today, and even more depressing for the Dillymen. I’ve logged into the Dillathon, and it’s bad news! Apparently teams consisting of Defensive midfielders, local Academy products, Big Lunks up front, etc, are nearly always Bottom Six candidates. “Big lunks bringing others into play is unsuccessful, as if the “others” aren’t already in play, they shouldn’t be on the pitch. Being quicker off the mark and speedy over short distances, nippy, and trying to outnumber opponents all over the pitch is the key according to the Dillathon. Plus everybody back to defend. Apart from all that, fingers crossed that we are all chuffed to bits by Xmas!….. No further input until the first match, you’ll be happy to know…..
