The new signings are looking very good of what I have seen so far Roman and Spence are going to be a big asset

Just reading the Clubs report on yesterday’s  Sunderland game and think some of the comments are some what harsh toward the lad Toll (Trialist B).  Seems he missed a couple of easy chances and has been called out for it in the report.  Yet other chances missed by established players are almost dismissed as being unlucky.

 Toll is a young lad, no doubt overly keen to impress in the 20 odd minutes he was given.  I’m sure nervous would come into play as well.  Whoever wrote that report needs to have a word with themselves and decide maybe the report was a little imbalanced and slightly over critical.

Bloody poor reporting doesn't even begin to cover it.   :banghead;

Hopefully Mr Cleeve will have a word with Mr Cummings.

It reads as if he has a personal agenda. Dont worry Fletcher, if you don't make it at Lynn you'll probably end up playing in the Premier League!

Was Stokes a miss or just Widdrington nipping in ahead of Hughes ?  I guess either way Aldershot will make a few quid on this one.

A miss, whichever way you look at it.

Maybe you could say it’s no surprise he went to Aldershot as no doubt Widdrington was the one who unearthed this little gem way before he became Shots Manager

The match report appears to have now been changed.

Well done Mr Chairman.   :clap:

i think people need to look at the programme covering the friendlies. Look at the chairmans report and see the story concerning  the lad Stokes from Sudbury. The Chairman wanted to sign him last September but TW wasnt interested in lower division players. With regards to the lad Toll got to be worth signing and see how he develops other next 12 months.

Fully agree, and would be very surprised if they don't do just that.

Maybe sign him as one for tomorrow then loan him out.  Maybe Setch would fancy him for Step 4 at Corby ?
