Another one off to Hants to join the Messiah ?    Looks like the fans there have sussed him out far quicker than we did.   Seems like he’s gone from Hero to ****** within two games.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

If he is injured why can't the club tell us? Is that just too much to ask?

That would be very bad news.  You could see he was a player from the off.  Obviously the most talented player in the club.  I spent half a season pushing for him to start a game, but many  people go for effort and physicality over ability, then we lose the best players who get picked up by bigger teams… Fingers crossed he is still here.  Fatadjo could be wasted as well….

I personally don’t consider him the most talented player in the club…….I would say he has the potential to play higher……but then so have a few.

Football from a results business is about scoring and preventing opponents scoring. Lynn play some lovely attractive football, but currently aren’t great when it comes to scoring and preventing opponents scoring. So far averaging a goal a game and conceding 2 a game.

In an attacking sense Lynn have lots of players with potential who play pretty football, but Lynn don’t seem to have anyone who can convert a decent ratio of clear cut chances and has a reliable end product. Maybe the new additions who are starting to get game time can snatch a place or two on merit.

Hughes the manager, compared JB to Nick Haughton a few months ago….thing is Haughton was top scorer in the NL last year.

So far this season, if memory serves:

                                        Starts.    Subs.         Goals

Stephens                            3.                             0
Ponticelli.                            3.                             2
Barrett.                               3.                             0

Fatjado.                                            1.               1
Bartley.                                             3.               0
Royle.                                 0.            0.              0

I wouldn't be surprised if he's back with you soon.

How about this possibility - Curzon Ashton FC play on a 3G Pitch.

Maybe JB and Josh Coulson are not happy with artificial surfaces?
