It’s not all bad news.   We could be an Eastleigh supporter tonight.  Boston got dicked 4-0 and best of all Beach towels and Bucket Hats were available in the Club shop.

I think the players are out of there depth rather than the manager awfull defending for there third and fourth goal

Yes a poor result and performance, but before you call for his head I think we need to take some things into consideration. What was his brief at the start of the season, if it was to keep us up I would think he has a fair chance of succeeding once all the injured, suspended and international call ups are back. Does he have sole decision on signings if not he can only work with what he is given. By all accounts he is a very good coach, but any team losing a lot of experienced players and signing a number of replacements take time to gel, look at Chelsea.

Not all coaches make good managers there seems an obsession to blame Cleeve the buck stops at the managers feet

Just need someone to give us supporters hope that things are going to improve. Not just signing young players out on loan from league teams that are surplus  to requirements.

I agree…….I think the Manager is making a decent fist of it.

Adam Crowther has hardly played this season(anyone have any updates), without him the centre backs are short of pace.

At times like this you need your more experienced players to step up.

No real punch upfront………to use a term that Widdler used regularly last season…..profligate in front of
goal……seems to me that Barrett, Ponticelli and Stephens have a very lacking end product………they each seem to need three or four top chances in order to make the net bulge once…hitting the woodwork is a miss btw……..in terms of goal output the stats indicate that they may not be good enough for the level….now that Gold has left the spotlight is firmly on them. New recruits Fatjado and Cybulski may  be able to provide a better ratio….time will tell……..but time is soon to become a factor….we are a fifth of the way thro the season and not scoring enough and conceding too many.
