Forgive me if I am wrong but is there not a clause in the lease where the  council can increase the rent if the   club earnings are over x amount?

The details of the lease have been changed in at least a couple of areas, so how deep that goes heaven only knows.

 Too many idiots in the ground today I wonder if they shout obscenities at the TV when they don’t agree with what’s occurring. They are not real supporters and give the club a bad reputation and a probable hefty fine.
