All reminds me of the film The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Good that the Club is not interested in any old investor, it has to be the right investor.   Que the table being brought back into the room with the Elephant.
What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it’s all about ?

Would taking advance bookings/payments for the planned hotel help the current cash flow?  :dontknow:
First they fascinate the fools, then they attempt to gag the intelligent.

Mallard, the whole situation reminds me of the Danny Kaye song ' The Emperor's New Clothes'.

I think the little lad has just started to sing.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of making an advance booking to remember to take a tent and sleeping bag with them on the day.

So there is a plan B (s) if the  Asian interest doesn’t convert.    So all is well.

The USA, Asia now South America. Where next? Has Asia been explored in its entirety? Maybe North Korea is worthy of a visit?

I wonder if he is visiting Columbia, I’ve heard there are some good “deals” to be done out there. £300 grand would be a mere sniff.

Rumour has it that plots of land with planning permission are available at a price on Fantasy Island.
