By some land on the outskirts of the town.
Did they ever develop the Fosters Sport site?
Get some grants on via the academy.
Build a multi-sports centre that is in use throughout the year and make money.

Just wait until the new investors find out the Walks is only rented from the council :welcome:

Thought a 99year lease was negotiated during last couple of years.

"Leasehold is a different legal status to freehold. Rather than owning the property forever, as you would with a freehold, a lease gives you the ‘right to occupy’ a property for a stipulated amount of time (usually between 99 and 999 years)".

Have to think they are the ones now in charge and calling the tune.  SC is on record as saying he needs £300k to get through to May.  Then he states the new owners are going to invest in all kinds of things to take the Club forward.  Surely all that is not going to amount to lose change.

Surely this guy will want to come over ASAP to see what he has bought and introduce himself ?

Can't wait to hear of, at the very least, their outline plan for the short, medium and long term but will it be Asian street food or Pot Noodle?
